Do you provide discount or special offers on your gifts?

From time to time we do offer various promotional offers.  We usually let our customers know through our news updates on email.  By signing up to our email list you will be one of the first to hear our news and offers.  You can sign up by visiting our Blog section.

I have placed an order for a keepsake/jewellery box.  How long will I need to wait for it to be dispatched? 

All of our boxes are made to order and therefore we generally will get these painted, lined and personalised within 10 days, however in busy periods it can be up to three weeks.  

I have ordered items from your jewellery and homeware collections.  How quickly will you send these out to me? 

For all in stock items we aim to get these packed and dispatched within 2 -3 days of receiving your order.  If for any reason there is likely to be a delay we will contact you to let you know this.  

Do you post items outside of the UK?  

We can send items to many countries.  If your delivery address is outside of the UK we can provide a delivery cost estimate to you to check that you are happy with this.  

I would like to have a bespoke box made with some fabric to match other items I have.  Are you able to do this?
