Small Group Lampshade Workshops (price based on min 2 people, £68 each), with afternoon tea, Salisbury. Dates for May, June & Sept
This workshop date is for a group booking only and is for a minimum of 2 people and up to a maximum of 4 people for your own private workshop (price is equivalent to £68 each when booking the minimum of 2 spots, the price is £65 per person if booking all 4 spots). It will be held at my home near Salisbury, from 2pm - approx 4.45/5pm.
If you and a small group of friends would like to have your own private workshop, to create your own beautiful lined lampshades, along with some afternoon tea, then this session is just for you! Why not book in for a creative activity for a girls get together, birthday celebration, anniversary treat or other celebration.
The 2.5 - 3 hour (max) workshop can be held on a Friday afternoon or on a Saturday and includes refreshments/afternoon tea. Please select from the drop down menu the dates available for your group.
Come along to one of The Pink Pheasant’s creative workshops where you will learn to make your own fabulous, lined, lampshade to take home and admire!
In this creative workshop I will show and guide you to prepare your materials and then make your own gorgeous 20cm, 25cm diameter or a 30cm diameter, lined, straight sided drum lampshade.
Please note that a 30cm diameter is the maximum size available to make at this workshop event, but guidance will be given too on how you can use your lampshade making skills after the workshop to make your own different size lampshades.
On the Day:
You will need to bring two pieces of fabric* (each piece of material needs be at least 1m each in width and around 30cm in length, or longer - you will be able to cut it down to size at the workshop).
I will supply all of the other materials needed to make your lined lampshade, along with my ‘how to’ guide.
There will also be tea/coffee and afternoon refreshments for us all to enjoy too during the event!
* I will also have a limited selection of some of my fabric pieces available to purchase on the day of your workshop, if you wish to make your lampshade with some of this fabric rather than bring some fabric with you. These will be small pieces of fabric (big enough for your lampshade, but saving you from purchasing pieces larger than you need). My fabrics will be available to buy when you arrive. You could also recycle some existing fabric to make your lampshade that you may already have at home - such as some fabric from old curtains, blinds or left over fabric from a project.
